International Programs Releasability Manager:
International Systems Management Corporation (ISM Corp) is seeking qualified candidates to support the US Navy’s Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). This position will be supporting the PEO IWS International Programs Directorate (PEO IWS 4) on International Disclosure and Release matters across PEO IWS and on Classified Material Security matters within PEO IWS 4. Candidates should be flexible and able to succeed in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
This position requires a demonstrated working knowledge of DOD and USN International Program Management Policies, Disclosure and Release Policies as well as Classified Material Security Management. A qualified candidate will also have experience in TTSARB Staffing, Export License Reviews, Foreign Visit Requests, Data Exchange Agreements, Anti-Tamper Plans and Validations, Program Security Instructions, 3rd Party Transfers and Classified Material Control, and integration of USN combat systems with foreign domestic systems.
Qualified candidates will possess at a minimum: 10 years combined combat system and disclosure experience, a BS degree, and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance and US passport. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite is also required. While the majority of work will be performed in the Washington DC area, travel requirements will be up to 5%. No relocation expenses to the Washington DC area will be considered.
