Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst:

International Systems Management Corporation (ISM Corp) is seeking a qualified Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst to support on-site staff in Washington DC and Crystal City VA.  The IT Support Analyst is a hands-on, direct end-user technical support position for which candidates will be required to have or be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

The position requires providing technical assistance to Windows PC users by answering questions or resolving PC problems in person or telephone.  Technical assistance may include the installation, troubleshooting, and answering questions regarding the use of PC hardware and software; including printing, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), configuration of hosted MS Exchange, file backup, encryption, network access, and the Windows operating system (XP and VISTA).  Candidates will also be responsible for Windows PC configuration and administration, asset management, backups, company website maintenance and updates (HTML), MS SharePoint administration, and MS Mobile support for company cellular phones.  Candidates will work with senior company staff to design and implement an electronic Helpdesk to manage trouble tickets and serve as an information and software repository.  Successful candidates will have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and be able to work multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong customer focus and reacting constructively to new and changing priorities. 

Qualified candidates will possess an Associate Degree in Information Technology or 3-5+ years of equivalent experience.  MCSE or similar certifications desired.  The ability to obtain a DOD security clearance is required.  Some local travel may be required.
